•  Media – Proposals are being prepared for local television channels and radio stations for a nationwide dispersal of the campaigns message.

•  Industry – Proposals are being prepared for two key industry associations namely Pakistan Soap Manufactures Association and Pakistan Sanitary Merchants and Manufacturers Association to trigger R&D activity for developing pro-poor products, enhance sanitation and hygiene products outreach and to increase industry participation in development work.

•  Government – SACOSAN 2 secretariat is being setup. This Secretariat will have members from various government ministries in addition to other members from the civil society and public sector. This secretariat will act as a knowledge hub where civil society and public sector actors will intermingle with Government officials with a view to increasing awareness in the Public sector re: Water, Sanitation & Hygiene.
